Lagoa welcomes you to discover its nice coastline! Here you will find about 20 km of beautiful beaches - such as Praia da Marinha, Ferragudo beach and
the cosy Carvoeiro beach and village - as well as its beautiful nature landscapes.
Beaches of Lagoa
The seashore of Lagoa extends by little more than 17 km. And, among the beautiful beaches of the municipality are two of the most outstanding in Portugal: Cova Redonda Beach and Marinha Beach.Praia de Angrinha
At the heart of the Arade River mouth, to the north of the Fort São João do Arade, this quiet beach offers a beautiful view of the forts and the nearby Portimão's Marina. This small beach is located at the foot of the hill of Ferragudo.Praia Grande

Stunning small beach framed by high ochre and red cliffs. We have to pass by a tunnel to get this nice sandy beach. Great view of the sea with rocks and turquoise water. Beautiful and typical vegetation makes a great scenery to discover.Praia de Benagil
Beautiful beach in a deep valley nearby Benagil fishing port. On top of the cliff, the fishermen village of Benagil welcomes visitors. There are some basic facilities for tourists and we can taste the delicious local cuisine based on fish and crustaceous.Praia da Marinha
The right place to be, the postcard beach Praia da Marinha, in a small cove, is among the most beautiful of all Algarve's beaches. Stunning cliffs frame this great scenery. To get to the beach there is a staircase that leads us to this small paradise.Praia de Albandeira
